Modern Slavery Statement
Movable Ink is committed to operating in a way which combats slavery and human trafficking. We have taken the steps outlined in this Statement to meet this objective and will assess and implement such additional steps as may reasonably be necessary on an ongoing basis.
Our people and the excellent customer service which they provide are at the core of our business. We believe that all workers should provide their services voluntarily and that they should receive a fair rate of pay for their work.
Movable Ink operates globally with the headquarters located in New York City, New York, USA.
Due Diligence Process for Slavery and Human Trafficking
While Movable Ink is not a supply chain, it is our policy that when working with suppliers, appropriate due diligence is completed. If a supplier is suspected and found to be supporting slavery and/or human trafficking, appropriate actions will be taken to report and address the findings. Additionally, we have in place:
Anonymous reporting channel
Whistleblowing Policy
Procurement and Vendor Management Standard
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, we will provide training during onboarding to individuals that directly manage a vendor or participate in the vendor process. We also intend to revise our regular training for relevant employees to include this Statement on an annual basis.
