Think Summit 2025: AI Innovations, Award Winners, and All the Highlights

|

June 20, 2025

Another Think Summit is in the books—and what a two-day whirlwind it was.

From Andy Cohen’s fireside chat (yes, the Bravo gossip was flowing) to a keynote that challenged everything we thought we knew about marketing, this year’s Think Summit struck the perfect balance between entertainment and knowledge.

But beyond the stage-worthy moments, the real value came from the ideas shared, the strategies exchanged, and the sense that marketing is on the brink of something big—and marketers are more than ready for it.

A New Era, Defined

This year’s theme, /create, captured a clear shift in how marketing gets done. At the center of the conversation was: Autonomous Marketing, —an approach brands are adopting to scale with speed and precision.

Movable Ink’s keynote brought that shift to life. CEO and Co-Founder Vivek Sharma, alongside the product marketing team, demonstrated how the latest innovations in Studio and Da Vinci are helping marketers move beyond execution and into a more strategic, creative role.

Think Summit 2025 marked a turning point—making Autonomous Marketing feel not just visionary, but actionable. With AI-driven decisioning, marketers set the direction while intelligent systems handle the heavy lifting: delivering the right message, at the right moment, on the right channel.

It’s not about doing more with less. It’s about cutting through the noise and launching campaigns that evolve in real time, perform across channels, and keep improving after launch.

Real Brands, Real Results

The heart of Think Summit is always the marketers leading the charge, and this year’s speakers delivered. Across sessions and industries, brands like Pandora, Wayfair, Estée Lauder, Milwaukee Bucks, Synchrony, and more shared how they’re creating more relevant, personalized experiences with less manual effort.

From loyalty programs and promotional series to triggered journeys and mobile messaging, every campaign example gave attendees practical takeaways they could bring back to their teams. And whether the goal was reactivation or retention, the message was consistent: personalization doesn’t have to be complex to be powerful.

Celebrating the Standouts

As always, the Think Summit Awards gave us a reason to cheer. This year’s winners represented some of the most creative, high-performing campaigns we’ve seen—from incredible storytelling to results that raised eyebrows (in the best way). See who took home the gold:

  • Icon Award: Amazon Music
  • Best 1:1 Personalization: adidas
  • Best Dynamic Duo: Hibbett & Zeta
  • Best Omnichannel Experience: Home Depot
  • Best Accelerated Adoption (Studio): Cineplex
  • Best Accelerated Adoption (Da Vinci): Gap
  • AI Innovator: Carnival
  • Campaign of the Year: United

And of Course, the Fun

Think Summit kicked off in style—with a Yankees game, a comedy show from Second City, and a jazz cruise setting the tone for an unforgettable week. During the conference, the Swag Store was packed, the sponsor passport challenge had attendees exploring every corner of The Glasshouse, and the after party did not disappoint. With live music, gourmet food, and a terrace overlooking the Hudson, it was the perfect way to keep the energy going. Because part of elevating the industry is celebrating the people in it.

Until Next Time

Whether you walked away with new tactics, fresh perspective, or a few unexpected laughs, we’re glad you were part of Think Summit 2025. It’s a big moment for marketing and this is just the beginning. Let’s see what we /create next.
